We are delighted to share the news of three promotions in Kingsway’s sales team: Hannah Goodall has been promoted to the role of Head of Sales, Jack Newland to the role of Regional Sales Director and Joe Burns to the role of Business Development Manager.
All three appointments reflect the huge strides the sales team and every other member of Kingsway Finance have taken over recent years. 2025 saw Kingsway Finance break their annual funding levels for the fifth consecutive year, with an increasing number of brokers and their SME clients benefitting from the exceptionally high levels of service and prompt turnaround times.
Focusing on Kingsway’s sales team in particular, all four members of the team (Hannah, Jack, Joe and Liam Murphy) have come through Praetura’s Summit Programme for graduates and apprentices. The programme was established in 2021 to enable Praetura to grow their own talent and help build the foundations for the future of the finance industry.
Hannah, Liam and Jack joined as Graduate Business Development Managers. Joe joined us as part of our operations team, before moving to the credit department for a year, and then joining the Summit Programme in the role of Graduate Business Development Manager last year.
Speaking about stepping into the new role of Head of Sales at Kingsway Finance, Hannah told us: “Having joined the business six years ago through the graduate programme, this progression reflects Praetura’s long-standing commitment to developing people from within and investing in long-term careers. I’ve been fortunate to benefit from invaluable mentorship and support along the way.
“I’m grateful for the trust and teamwork across the business and I’m very much looking forward to my new role and continuing to build on our successes.”
